Client was charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly raping a 15 year old girl. He was also charged with statutory rape for the sex.

A jury found the client not-guilty of both counts, after successfully arguing that the sex was consensual, and that the client reasonably believed the girl was 16 or older, making the sex legal.
